Cancellation Policy.

At CryoSculpt Body Lab, we understand that life happens. However, to respect the time and commitment of our staff and other clients, we kindly ask that all appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment may result in the forfeiture of that session, which will be deducted from your bank of prepaid sessions. No-shows will be treated as a late cancellation.

One-Time Courtesy Grace

We get it—sometimes things come up unexpectedly. That’s why we offer one (1) courtesy grace cancellation per client. After this one-time allowance, all future late cancellations will result in session forfeiture.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

All changes must be made through our online booking system, email, or by calling/texting the business line at least 24 hours prior to your appointment start time.

By booking a session, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this cancellation policy.
