Refund Policy.

At CryoSculpt Body Lab, your time and results matter—and so does ours. For that reason, all sales are final and governed by the following non-negotiable terms:

General Refund Terms

• All purchases are non-refundable. This includes single sessions, prepaid packages, promotional offers, gift cards, and service add-ons.
• No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction with results. Treatment outcomes vary and are influenced by many individual factors.
• We do not offer refunds for missed appointments, scheduling conflicts, or changes in personal circumstances.

Memberships & Installment Plans

• All membership fees and installment payments are non-refundable and binding. By enrolling in a plan, clients agree to complete all scheduled payments, regardless of treatment schedule or outcome.
• Missed payments will result in account suspension. Services will not be rendered until the account is brought current.
• If more than 7 days past due, any discounts or promotions may be voided and full retail pricing may apply.
• Early termination is not permitted. Prorated refunds are not available under any circumstance outside the limited medical exception.

Medical Exception (Strictly Limited)

Refunds on unused sessions will only be considered in the event of a documented medical condition that contraindicates treatment. To qualify:

• A written physician’s statement is required, confirming that you are medically unable to continue treatment.
• If approved, refunds will be prorated at the standard (non-discounted) rate and are subject to a 15% administrative fee.
• Refunds are not available for lifestyle changes, financial hardship, relocation, or loss of interest.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

• Clients who initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without attempting to resolve the issue directly with CryoSculpt Body Lab may be permanently banned from booking future services.
• Future sessions will be forfeited immediately, and any promotional pricing will be invalidated.
