EMS muscle toning is paired into every session at no additional charge. Fat reduction changes volume; supramaximal muscle contractions change tone and definition. Treating them as one service rather than two is the core of the approach.

Photos and an area map at every visit, so the plan is measured rather than remembered. Cryolipolysis cools subcutaneous fat cells to the crystallization threshold; the damaged cells are cleared metabolically over the following 2–6 weeks. Sessions are spaced about two weeks apart across a 4- or 6-visit series.
